On Demand: Publish Liveblogs

If you have chosen the Tickaroo Liveblog Package On Demand, you can create as many liveblogs as you want. However, you need so-called Liveblog Credits to be able to publish liveblogs on your website. If you want to publish a liveblog, select the "Publish" option after the name of your liveblog. The liveblog opens and the On Demand window with the credit overview pops up. Select the number of days for which you want to publish your liveblog.  After you have selected "Publish now" the credit will be automatically deducted from your credit account and the liveblog will be published (if you have embedded it on your website). From the moment of publication, the liveblog will be visible on your website for 30 days. Information about how long your liveblog is published can be found either directly in the published liveblog under the liveblog name or on the start page of your organization behind the name of your liveblog. After the end of the liveblog period, the liveblog will no longer be displayed on your website. Package: LIVE BLOG ON DEMAND

The "On Demand" package is particularly suitable for publishers, associations, news sites and the like that only create a few liveblogs on an irregular basis. With On Demand, so-called live blog credits must be purchased. A credit costs 69 € and has a duration of 4 weeks. If a credit is spent on a liveblog, it remains online on the website for 4 weeks. After 4 weeks it disappears from the website automatically. How can I set up runtimes with On Demand Liveblog? 1 Credit = 4 weeks runtime It is also possible to directly spend several credits for a liveblog at once to schedule the runtime for a longer period. This means that the liveblog does not have to be renewed manually every month, but remains online for the purchased number (e.g. 3 credits = 12 weeks runtime). What happens after 4 weeks / after the end of the runtime? The liveblog will no longer be displayed on the website. However, it will remain in the Tickaroo organization and can still be filled with content. If you want to publish the liveblog again or extend the runtime, you have to spend another credit for it.  How does payment work with On Demand? Credits must be actively purchased by the organization. After you have chosen On Demand, you will find the option to load credits in the organization settings under Prices & Packages. You can choose how many credits you want to purchase. Can I switch from On Demand to another subscription? Yes, you can always choose a new subscription in the organization settings under Prices & Packages. Can I change my billing address? Yes. Change your billing address in the Organization Settings under Prices & Packages.  Where can I find my invoices? In the organization settings under Prices & Packages at the very bottom of the page, you can download your invoice as a PDF. Live Blog On Demand: Extend Runtime

1 liveblog credit = 4 weeks runtime If you have published a liveblog with a liveblog credit, you can extend this liveblog with further credits at any time. In the Liveblog overview of your organization, click either on the "Published until: Date" after the liveblog name or open the desired liveblog and select "Published until: Date" under the liveblog name and select "Extend with credit". The On Demand credit overview opens. You get an overview of your current credits and have the possibility to buy more credits. Choose the number of days (30 days = 1 credit) for which the liveblog should be extended. By clicking "Extend now" the additional credit will be automatically added to this liveblog and deducted from your remaining credit.

Can I change my subscription?

You can upgrade or change your subscription at any time, just contact us with the relevant information. All changes will be activated after the current subscription expires.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Of course you can cancel your subscription. However, please note that the subscription will only be cancelled after the respective billing period. For example, if the subscription was booked for one year, it can only be cancelled at the end of that year.

When will I receive the first invoice?

For our Premium packages (Advanced, Professional, Enterprise) the first invoice is due at the beginning of your subscription. If you decide to pay annually in advance, you will not only save money, but you will also not have to worry about the monthly booking of your package.

When will I receive the invoices for the On Demand subscription?

If you choose our flexible On Demand model, you will only have to pay 69 € per published liveblog as long as the liveblog's duration does not go beyond 4 weeks. If you want to extend the duration of a liveblog, you can easily do so by paying 69 € for each additional month. You will receive your invoice at the end of each quarter for all liveblogs published during this period.

Where do I find my invoices?

If you have subscribed to the Tickaroo On Demand, Advanced, or Professional package, you can find your invoices in your organization's settings under "Pricing & Packages." ON DEMAND INVOICES:  With On Demand, you will receive your invoice immediately after purchasing a new live blog credit/balance. ADVANCED AND PROFESSIONAL INVOICES:  For Advanced and Professional, you will receive a monthly invoice, which can be found under "Pricing & Packages." The Advanced and Professional packages automatically renew each month after the initial subscription. You can cancel your subscription anytime under "Pricing & Packages." Your organization and previously created live blogs will remain intact. Live blogs that extend beyond the cancellation date will remain online for the rest of their duration. The subscription can be reactivated at any time.
