If you have subscribed to the On Demand, Advanced, or Professional package with Tickaroo, you can download your contract with Tickaroo at any time as a PDF. Go to your organization's settings and select "Data Processing Agreement" (DPA). You can directly download the subcontractor information for Tickaroo and the Technical and Organizational Measures (TOMs). To download the Data Processing Agreement (DPA), please fill out the fields below. Once these fields are completed, the DPA can also be downloaded as a PDF.
