Learn how to publish posts automatically and manually, use Editorial Publishing, and change the timestamp.
When creating a new post, you have several options for saving and publishing it. Choose from the following when creating a post: Save post & publish chronologically (default) Save post as unpublished Select a date & time in the future to automatically publish the post at that future time Select a date & time in the past to automatically insert the post in the desired past position You can find an overview of your unpublished posts by activating the filter in the preview. Unpublished posts can either be published automatically based on the selected setting or manually. To manually publish, select the eye icon next to the grayed-out post in the liveblog preview and choose: "Publish message" – the post will appear in chronological order by the previously saved time or by the time selected at the top of the editor; "Publish and set to current time" – the previously saved time will be updated to the current time, so the post will appear at the top of the liveblog.
Plan your posts in advance by setting the exact date and time for automatic publication before saving the post. This feature is ideal for sharing recurring content or preparing posts for events such as sports matches or election coverage. Saved and unpublished posts will be automatically published at the chosen time, appearing seamlessly in your live blog. If you select "Unpublished Posts" in the live blog preview filter, you can still see and edit the posts or deactivate the scheduled posting before the set time.
