Select Template In the second step, select a template that you want to use to create the new liveblog. 3. Fill in Information Give your new liveblog a title. Select the language of the liveblog here if you want to change the language within the editor. Editorial publishing ensures that all new messages in this liveblog are published hidden, i.e. they have to be published actively. 4. Let's Liveblog You can now fill your liveblog with content and embed it on your website. All settings can be adjusted at any time under "Settings". INFO On Demand Model: With the creation of a liveblog there are no costs yet. Liveblogs must be actively published with a liveblog credit.
The Tickaroo News Template is the perfect tool for fast and intuitive live reporting. You can schedule posts in advance and save them as unpublished. Unpublished posts can be manually or automatically published at a specific time. Enhance your liveblog with third-party content, images, videos, polls, quotes, and more. Customize the look of your liveblog using the Theme Generator in Tickaroo, and if needed, add your own CSS styles. There’s also a Reporter App that offers the same features as the web app. Of course, sports content can also be shared in the News Template. Use sports data, player cards, sports events, or scoreboards for this purpose.
In addition to the News Template, Tickaroo offers various sports templates tailored to specific sports. These templates already include the sport-specific rules and times, allowing live coverage of sports events in real-time with minimal effort from the editorial team. Unlike the News Template, a dedicated block for specific sports events appears above the rich text field in the Liveblog Editor, making it easy to quickly select events. If you're missing a sports template or have questions or suggestions about the rules and events in a template, feel free to let us know anytime.
If you are in a liveblog, you will see the icon "Exit Editor" to leave the liveblog in the top left corner. All posts that have already been published will be saved. If you are in the process of creating or editing a post, you will be asked if you really want to leave this page. Any unsaved/published content will be lost.
Below the Liveblog exit icon on the left side of the editor is the "Editor" icon. When you create a new liveblog or edit an older liveblog, you will always land directly here in the editor. In the editor you can create new posts or edit, hide or delete older posts.
You can find the settings of a live blog in two places: In the dashboard, to the right of the title of your live blog via the gear icon In the opened live blog, on the left-hand side in the menu via the gear icon You can configure the following settings individually for each live blog: Title: Edit the title of your live blog.
