Learn how to create a Tickaroo organization, set up a user account, invite users to the organization, and much more.
If your company does not yet have a Tickaroo organization, you can easily create one. As the creator of the organization, you will automatically become its owner and have full administrative rights. In the settings, you can add users, assign roles, and set permissions to allow others to contribute to your liveblogs. Once the organization is set up, team members can start working together to create, edit, and publish live content. Option A: Create an Account Yourself On our website, you’ll find the “Try for Free” button. By selecting this, you can first create your personal account and then set up the profile for your Tickaroo organization. You will initially receive a free 14-day trial, during which you can test all the features. Option B: We Create the Account for You Of course, we can also create the account for you and set it up together. It's best to contact your Tickaroo representative for assistance. Don’t have a representative yet? Then reach out to [email protected] or directly to Devon Ramirez ([email protected]). Creating Account and Organization Creating an Account

Live blog default options Editorial publishing If "Editorial Publishing" is enabled, new posts will not be published directly to the live blogs. Only after manual approval will they be displayed publicly. Hint: "Editorial Publishing" can also be activated for each live blog in the individual settings. Language Select a language for your editor's settings. Some languages may not be fully translated. Please contact our support if you need a translation or a new language. Other options Strict Sports Data mode In strict mode, all team, tournament and player names must be created editorially in the sports data section. This prevents, for example, the same team from being created with different names. Hint: This setting affects all liveblogs and should only be activated if the complete sports data has been created.
