When new posts appear in the live blog, you can set in advance whether your readers should be notified or not.

In the Theme Generator, under Options, you can choose the notification setting (Changes) to determine how readers are informed about new posts in the live blog. 

There are three options:

• Auto: Liveblog automatically refreshes when contents are added or changed.
• Notify: A little notification notifies readers about content changes. Refresh is manually triggered by the reader.
• Off: Content needs to be manually refreshed by browser reload. Readers won't get notified about content changes.
